SOFT FLOW DYEING
Ultra modern soft flow machines are used for fabric dyeing. Dyes and chemicals used are azo free as per Oeko Tex standards and. HTHP machines used for cotton, polyester, Viscose and other blend fabrics.
PRINTING
Oval type automatic Screen printing machine is based on rotary screen printing machines, its performance and printing process is very well.The machine adopts modular design, high-strength aluminum alloy structure, the main rotation system adopt high-precision servo drive to assure the fast and stable operation, with the features of accurate printing, reliable performance, easy operation. Suitable for water-based ink, plastisol ink, Solvent ink and other printing processes, standardly configurated with flocking function. It’s best for pieces and various garment printing and also flocking processing.
EMBROIDERY
We have following Tajima multi-head computerized Embroidery Machines like Multi color Applique, Chain Stitch , Chennile , Moss Stitch (loop), Boring design, Sequence with 4 color & Design making Etc.,
LAY CUTTING
Band Knife Cutting machine used to cutt sharp edges for baby wears and kids wears.
STITCHING
The stitching section is equipped with a wide range of machines and labour capable of producing various garment styles with perfection.
CHECKING
Checking is to trim all extra threads and also checks for stains and holes. All garments are 100% checked before packing. In the checking section the pieces are properly checked by efficient people.
IRONING
Automated ironing lines work in tandem to ensure smooth ironing of all the products. This line also serves as a final quality checkpoint before the products are packed.
PACKING
We buy our packing materials from leading suppliers and professional providers. We use Oeko Tex certified labels and tags produced from the certified suppliers.
FUSING
Fusing Machines are used to fuse a material capable of being fused to a base fabric through the process of pressure, heat, and time. The fused material should have acceptable strength, the ability to stand continuous wash or any fabric treatment.
